1. Who we are

NovaTech operates this website and the NovaTech CMPS construction management and procurement software. In this policy, we, us and our refer to NovaTech. You can reach us using the contact details at the end of this page.

2. What this website collects

This website does not have accounts, does not store the messages you write, and does not run a database of visitors.

When you use the Request a demo form, the text you type (your name, company and message) is placed in a new WhatsApp message or a new email on your own device. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp or in your email application. When you do, we receive what you wrote, together with your WhatsApp number or email address.

3. Cookies and local storage

We use only what is needed to remember your choices:

• A language cookie (i18n_redirected) that remembers the language you picked.
• A browser storage entry (cmps-web.theme) that remembers whether you chose the dark theme.
• We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools on this website.

4. Third-party services

To display the website we load the Inter and Cairo fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore sends a request, including your IP address, to Google, which is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

When you contact us through WhatsApp or email, your message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) or by your email provider under their own terms and privacy policies.

5. How we use information

We use the information you send us to answer your request, arrange and run a demo, and follow up about NovaTech CMPS. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

6. Sharing and retention

We share information only with people and services that help us respond to you, or when the law requires it.

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your request and our business relationship, and for any period the law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

7. Customer data inside the NovaTech CMPS application

The projects, suppliers, prices, invoices, payments and other business data a customer enters into NovaTech CMPS belong to that customer. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the agreement with the customer.

Each customer's data is kept in a separate database. Access is controlled by user roles and permissions, and every approval and change is recorded in an audit trail. Customers decide who in their organization can see what.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for a purpose you object to. Write to us using the contact details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections to this website. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or practices change. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
