This website presents NovaTech CMPS, a construction management and procurement system, so that prospective customers can understand what it does. The use of the software itself by a customer is governed by a separate written agreement.

Asking for a demo or information creates no obligation for you or for us. Prices, scope, delivery, support and any other commercial terms apply only once they are agreed in writing and signed by both parties.

Screenshots, figures, examples and descriptions on this website use demonstration data and are provided for illustration. Features, screens, names and availability may change, and the numbers shown (for example the cost of Building A, Floor 3) are examples, not results you should expect.

4. Intellectual property

The NovaTech and NovaTech CMPS names, logos, software, designs, screenshots and texts on this website belong to NovaTech or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the website and share its address, but you may not copy, modify, redistribute or use its content commercially without our written permission.
